DONNA’S BIO

Hello, my name is Donna, and I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner, writer, poet and mentor of  Life.   I found Reiki when I had a lot of dis-eases.  Stress was the main culprit for the majority.  Through Reiki and Meditation I have learned to manage my stress and work on an happy and healthier life.

I was always interested in the health care field.   I always believed in never taking my health for granted and always being pro-active in my health and the health of my family. (Or so I thought)   Until I flat out ignored all the signs my body was trying to give me.  But, was I ignoring them?   Or, was I ignorant to the fact that my body could turn on me,  so harshly I might add,  when I never realized I was under so much stress until I got a few lectures from a few well meaning doctors..

I now know what a truly amazing piece of work this body is.  I did not know as much back then.   What I can tell you is that what you put into your body is what you get out of it.  So,  nurture it, be kind to it,  take good care of it, and it will take care of you.
