PEACE MEDITATION

Sit up straight and relaxed, close your eyes and let your breath flow naturally in and out.

Now put your right hand under your left armpit and your left hand under your right armpit and direct your whole attention to the chest area in between.

Allow a feeling of peace to rise from your heart.  Just relax and direct your attention to this feeling.

When you are centered here and relaxed, you automatically come into contact with your inner peace.  The heart becomes calm and sends out harmonic vibrations which you experience as love and peace.

Remain for about ten to fifteen minutes in this position enjoying this feeling.

**You can do this meditation either sitting or lying down – for example in bed as soon as you wake up or before you go to sleep.
