I have a heartfelt thank you to go out to people, places and things in my life that have made an impact in ways that changed my life forever.

Don Gray & Mike Ritchie – Former  Colleagues:  They taught me self confidence and how to build my self-esteem. I shall be forever grateful and I still use the techniques today.

Adam Beck – My dear son:  If it wasn’t for your snide remark that one fateful day I might be in a wheelchair today.

Dr. Suneil Kapur – Rheumatologist:  One of the rare breed of doctors who still take the time to sit and talk with you at every appointment.

Bon Jovi – Band:  When Jon writes a song there is often a message to it.  Some have literally touched my soul.   Its My Life, Have a Nice Day, Just Older to name a few.

GratitudeLog.com – A community to express gratitude: I cannot say enough, nor do I have the words to express myself for the love and gratitude I have for this community of caring souls.  You are a precious group hand picked by God to come together for a purpose.  Once you cross that threshold you are immediately aware of  something amazing.  The energy and love in this community lifts you up almost  instantly as if you opened a door onto a cloud.
